Team Building: Why Can't Artisans Get Along?

 

When team members clash, disaster strikes. Project deadlines are missed, HR referees team members, the boss is angry for a week, and the raises everyone expects vanishes in the face of discord.

Which personality causes team meetings to be longer than necessary? It is probably that Artisan, they love to take time to get everyone's input.

Artisans

Artisan personalities make up 35-40% of the population and populate the arts and entertainment industries and show up in government and military jobs. These personalities have great social skills and understand the concept of team player. Count on them to promote your ideas!

Artisans are good listeners and love to participate in groups. They have a knack for making the participants feel good about the process. Their optimistic look on life is an asset for buy in any project.
